Shipping Policy
Note: When you place an order on our website you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
We ship our products across the UK & Ireland with the exception of some low value items or large bulky items.
All orders placed on our website will be delivered using a third party courier and we aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days. We work with Royal Mail, DPD and AMNexDay couriers and our choice of courier will depend on the size of your items and their delivery location.
If your item is local to one of our garden centres or is a particularly bulky item, we may choose to deliver these items in our own vans. If this decision is made, we will aim to deliver the items within 5-7 working days.
All orders will be dispatched in a timely fashion. You will receive notification via email when your order has been collected by the courier or dispatched in our own van
All goods are sent on insured, tracked and guaranteed services. Goods which are signed for by the recipient as having been received are no longer the responsibility of Creative Gardens therefore refunds will not be offered for goods for which we have obtained proof of delivery. If your goods are misplaced by the courier we will issue refunds or replacements depending on the individual circumstances. Most couriers will leave goods with a neighbour unless you have specified that this is not acceptable. Once goods have been accepted by a neighbour or nearby resident and proof of the delivery is obtained then the responsibility of those goods passes from Creative Gardens and the courier to the recipient and Creative Gardens will not be held responsible for goods which become damaged or lost after delivery.
If you have agreed to receive your order on a specific date with our couriers and you are not at home when the driver arrives at your property, the driver will do their best to leave the items in a safe place and photographic proof of delivery will be taken. If your goods can not be left in a safe place, they may be returned to the depot and subject to a re-delivery charge.
Any shortages or damages on your order must be reported to Creative Gardens within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery. This can be done by calling 02891883603 or by emailing web@creativegardens.com
** Some orders going to the Channel Islands or Highlands may incur an additional shipping charge. If your order is affected, we will contact you to inform you of the additional costs. **
Pre-Order Items
Some items on our website are marked as ‘Pre-Order’ items and will show an expected delivery date on the product page. Expected delivery dates are our best estimate of when the stock will arrive with us and then dispatched to you. Whilst we will do everything in our power to meet these estimated delivery dates, factors outside of our control can cause these dates to change.
Local Centre Delivery
Some items on our website including Compost, Bark, Stones, Plants and some other low value items can only be delivered in the local area around each of our garden centres. The local area counts as any address inside the following postcodes.

Any items in these categories will be delivered in our own vans by the centre that is closest to your postcode. Due to rising costs, we are unable to deliver these items outside these areas.
