In line with Government guidelines our Centres and Cafes are now closed and will remain closed for the following 6-week lockdown period.
We will however still be operating our online orders through our website and over the phone orders with ensured safe, contactless deliveries. If there is any items you would like to order that are not on our website please just email email@example.com and we will be happy to help.

What are your opening hours?
All three of our centres are currently closed following governement rules. If you would like to contact us please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you limiting how many customers can come in?
We constantly monitor the amount of people in centre and when needed hold back customers from entering. Please be patient if you are asked to wait at the front door, usually this is only for a few minutes.
Are your cafes opening or doing takeaway?
No unfortunately our cafes are now closed for sit in and takeaway for the next six weeks.
Are your kids play areas open?
No, sorry in the interest of hygiene and keeping everyone safe our play areas are closed at all locations, we are also keeping our customer toilets closed in accordance with guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Can I bring all the family?
We are not currently limiting entry to adults, however please be aware that our play areas are closed.
Should I arrange to meet my friends at the Garden Centre?
At the moment we would be grateful that in accordance with guidelines you do not arrange to meet others from outside your household.
Are you limiting purchases?
No, all our normal ranges and departments are available to purchase and we have plenty of stock of everything with fresh deliveries arriving daily
Can I get my goods delivered?
Yes our normal customer home delivery service is available, you can also continue to order goods on our website for contactless home delivery.
Can I pay with cash?
Whilst we still accept cash, we would prefer card payments at this time. Our contactless limit has been increased to £45 and Apple/Android pay to £1,000 – contactless is the preferred method of payment.
Can I still use my cash coupons and ClubCard?
Yes you can – we can scan these through our perspex screens, please hold these up for scanning but please do not hand these to cashiers.
How are you keeping your staff and customers safe?
As well as monitoring the quantity of customers able to shop in the centre at any one time we have hand sanitising stations throughout the centre. Our staff also have various PPE available for use and are taking regular breaks to wash hands and stay safe. Please help us by being patient and kind to our staff and customers at this time.
We kindly ask that when purchasing items all customers take a trolley on arrival as this assists with social distancing and assists with the new checkout process.
Where possible please plan your visit and bring a list, this will help minimise browsing. There will be plenty of the team available to help you locate the items you are looking for.
