Would you like to join the Administration team based at our Donaghadee office?
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our happy, hardworking team to deliver a high standard of service to our customers.
You will be required to assist with a wide variety of general office duties such as phone answering, organising incoming and outgoing mail, minute taking, placing orders and making travel arrangements. You will also spend some time assisting other office departments with day to day administration duties such as photocopying, scanning, emailing, letter writing. There will also be some basic marketing and HR assistance required, particularly for administering the recruitment process. Occasional assistance on the shop floor may be required during peak times.
