We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person to join our team, delivering a high standard of service to our customers. Good communication skills are a must, as is a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will have experience of working with an EPOS Tills system and managing a team.
This role will involve processing customers purchases and carrying out other duties. At a supervisory level it will also involve ensuring that the till and shop staff are offering a good service, according to company guidelines, as well as assisting with the weekly Rota and some team training. Some product ordering will be required as will ensuring the relevant retail area is always presentable. Customer service and extensive training on our EPOS Tills and computer systems will be given.
Salary will be in the region of £16,000 - £17,000 with scope to earn more as the role develops.
This is a permanent position. Hours are expected to be approximately 35 hours per week, working 5 days a week to include one weekend day and possibly one evening until 8pm.
